Abstract

|
It has been reported that membranous nephropathy is asociated with malignancy, however, a few cases were reported in Korea. We recently experienced a patient with small cell lung cancer which was detected during the follow-up of the membranous
nephropathy. It was suggested that nephrotic syndrome can be menifested as a prodrome to underlying malignacy.
